I like the idea of starting fresh. Unless, of course, there is more to the story and needs to be continued through another season. But if there is no absolute need for a second season of the same story arc, then it just gets repetative. As far as it looks now...and this is not written in stone, mind you...it doesn't appear that digimon will have another season starting for a bit. Japan usually releases the digimon series six months before the U.S. The only season that was different was Savers/Data Squad...It had an 18 month gap between the Japanese release and the U.S. release. As of 2007 (I believe), Savers has finished up airing in Japan and no new series has been released. If there is going to be another season of savers, or of Digimon in general within the next year, it would probably be released this fall so it keeps its six month advance in Japan. Make sense?
