Sorry, but this movie is awful.

I can't believe I just wasted an entire hour and a half of my life on this. I waited around because I thought it would get better, but it somehow actually managed to get worse! I shut it off with ten minutes left because it was so treacly, I almost felt physically ill!
I'm totally a fan of movies in this genre, but I feel like this is a complete failure. Too many lose ends. No explanations. Horrible acting at the end. The main female character wasn't believable at *all* throughout the entire thing.
It's so bad that I felt compelled to start a topic on here for the first time ever...and I've been posting probably since IMBD started.

Yeah, sorry; I guess this movie is for people whose brains actually work. I personally enjoyed every second of it, but then, I don't need neat endings and having everything explained to me.

People can have differing tastes than you yet their brains still work. It is amazing!

So far I like the movie a lot myself. I find it well-acted, well-directed and intriguing. I love how it was filmed, the method giving what's going on on the screen a distance from the viewer and a gloss of surrealism.

The cover shot looks a little on the sleazy low rent side.
