Thank you for making it clickable.

Not impressed with the forum. They've been criticizing people who buy frozen rice instead of making rice from scratch or using shelf-stable prepackaged rice. And the women who are Chinese are criticizing each other and Shirley for not being authentic. Apparently, Shirley is too Chinese for some women on that board. That debate has been going on for 3 days. Who frickin' cares?

Meanwhile, the one attempt I tried to post something apparently has disappeared into Cyber Space.

The board seems to be occupied by elitist posters - you're either a member of their exclusive club or you're not. They bore the hell out of me.

Put choosing to criticize someone over a choice they made or didn't make is their right when it comes to discussing the show. They're entitled to their opinions just as you're entitled to yours whether you criticize or not. Forums are for everyone and all criticisms and discussions are welcome. That's what they're meant for.

Perhaps you had a problem posting and the problem was on your end?

I've attempted to post comments here and elsewhere and they apparently disappear into cyber space too. I simply try, try again until it takes. Technology isn't always the greatest and it never works right a lot of the time.(That's just common sense.)

That said, I'm simply trying to help the displaced of the IMDb message boards by giving them another option so they can continue to discuss their favorite show(s) after this place goes under.

Making rice is as easy as boiling water.

Yeah, but who cares if you keep frozen rice on hand (or shelf-stable prepackaged rice). We all know that not everything we cook is made from scratch and some people choose to cut the cooking time down to a bare minimum to save time. It's hardly important in the grand scheme of the show, and it's just a way to attack Padma for promoting her products. Which I don't really care about. The guest chefs are all on the show to promote their restaurants, so this isn't a topic worth spending three days on.

And the debate about Shirley's lack of stoicism is just nitpicking and typical of the behavior that women engage in.

So scrolling through the posts on that board to engage in the conversations is a waste of time.

Shirley has been so kind and positive compared to the others who were mainly downers all season long.

Yeah, most Americans are exposed to plastic packaging and radiation every day enough. Plus, most rather use the real-estate in their freezer for other foods.
