Ending..

I thought this film was quite good. What started out looking like a cliche sappy romance with those cheesy one-liners I'm so sick of in romances ended up being a valid life lesson by focusing on NJ's character and what she learns about herself.
What I didn't like is the ending, where they end up slobbering on each other like the other dumb romances. I like the idea of them having warm feelings for each other but since the whole point of the film was learning about herself, how does falling for someone else fit in? I liked JL's character as a good friend and listener, not just another pretty face role.
