Graces line at the end was terrible (Spoilers)

Did I hear right at the end?. Grace says to Sam "If you can't tell me, then you won't see me anymore"
I found that line terrible. Terrible to a man who was going through so much tornoil within himself.
Grace gives me the impression by this line, that she basically doesn't care about being with him anymore, and he deal with his problems.
