Poem at the End of the Movie Spoiler Warning

Just to clear things up. The poem that Simon reads at the end was written by Lorenzo correct? From what I got, Lorenzo makes it look like Simon wrote the poem so that things between Simon and Trese are good again. Just need to clarify if that was what happened. Great movie, awesome soundtrack!

That's what I took from the ending as well. Lorenzo redeems himself as Simon's friend by telling Trese that Simon wrote the poem. My girlfriend hated Lorenzo for doing that. She wanted to see Lorenzo and Trese together.
