Took me a while to get back here, I apologize. Here are some terrific books about mercenaries and the war in sierra leone:
War Dog: Fighting other peoples wars- describes sierra leone and the war/mercenaries involved, as well as other mercenary activities
The Wonga Coup: a 21st century insight into african mercenaris, many of whom served in sierra leone in executive outcomes, focuses on the EQ affair
Someone Elses War: a great book for those interested in the founding of african mercenaries and their activities beginning after the de-colonization of africa
My Friend: The Mercenary- a topical tie in to the wonga coup, covers a mercenary's career up until and through he was involved in the EQ affair.
These are the best books I have found on these subjects. If anyone knows any others please post them, and I have a good number regarding mercenaries in Rhodesia/Zimbabwe if anyone is interested.
I will try to post the websites I have found regarding this information soon.
