Why are all the Boy Aliens not wearing any Bottoms/Pant but the females are wearing long skirts???? Weird.. so i guess they don't have anything down there??? curious to how they pee and poop and have sex... humm

When the alien doctors were examaning Chuck, they said "that's a funny place to put an antenna" (i.e. penis), suggesting that the males' genitals at least are elsewhere on their bodies (or possibly hidden in some kind of genital slit, as with many animals on Earth), and probably look quite different.

A better question is why do women wear skirts and men wear trousers. Considering anatomical differences, shouldn't it be the other way round?

Picture a Neandertal man with his club, hunter like ... he does not wear trouser, isn't it? Romans men are not typically pictured as wearing trousers either. In fact, wearing trousers was generally associated to horse riding and even late in Middle-Ages, I would not be surprised that trousers were "reserved" de facto, to nobility, or those having enough money to ride a horse. Today, though, wearing trousers has lost its 'prestige' of being of an upper class, and women wearing them is common, in our societies, only very recently (around 1980 I would risk).

The guys/boys on that Planet only wears shirts and the Girls wear skirts is because they all possibly watch Daisy and Donald Duck cartoons saw their clothes and dressed like them.

More likely is the producers wanted it 'safe' and didn't want the 'females' walking around with no pants. imagine the horror if women didn't wear pants in a movie?!@?!??@ (like men can show nipples but not women).

Reality is a nice place to visit, but i wouldn't want to live there

Women wearing pants was common back as far as the 30's and 40's. In the 50's jeans became popular and it was very common for women to wear their jeans rolled up and to wear bobby sox and saddle oxford shoes.

Oh, c'mon! Doesn't anybody here get the concept of homage anymore? The "no pants" thing is so obviously a(an?) homage to Disney characters (as well as to many others). This policy is so common that it practically screams "This is a cartoon!!!", (and a damn good one, too, CG or not). You could just as well ask why do the "aliens" have only four fingers on their hands or why are most of General Grawl's soldiers so laughably incompetent. Same thing. Sheesh! Get over it.
