Even with cash you need to be careful because someone could be watching you as well. At least with my card I won't have suffer the loss unlike cash. Now I can't watch the vid at the moment so I'm assuming your are speaking about theft.

No, In the news video i posted the credit card companies are reducing your credit limit based on WHERE you shop. They explain that other customers who shop there don't pay their bills on time so you may be a risk also. (Guilty by association.)
