I checked out a copy at our public library (st. paul, mn) well worth the effort to get ahold of & read. Huge, exhaustive book, chock full of details, yet it drew me in like a good novel - in fact by the end I was ignoring pretty much everything else around me as I raced to the last page. Incredibly suspenseful, even considering we know how it ultimately ends.

I know this reply is over a year late, but apparently RAVEN is finally getting a paperback reissue this November to commemorate the 30th anniversary of the Jonestown massacre. It will include a new foreword by its author Tim Reiterman, and is already available for preorder at Amazon. It's an amazing book, essential reading for anyone who's even vaguely interested in the subject. And the last 100 pages read like a thriller...
