the biggest plot hole in the movie is that under no circumstances, would they be investigated for fraud, since it is an invasion of privacy to "investigate" if two married men are actually gay or not.

And like anyone would be brought before the City Council to 'prove' their gayness...

Whose idea was it for the word "Lisp" to have an "S" in it?

Not only that, but there's no fraud involved anyway. Their pension funds were earned by them and rightfully theirs. Like their paychecks. What they did was for changing the beneficiary, which isn't illegal.
