Thoughts++Feelings

After the big turning point the movie actually made me laugh out loud -- the poor homeless guy and then the happy birthday. Beautiful.

The thing is there was so much empty space in this film! And she was written neither perky nor broken enough to come across as either, although the team was trying to present her as both. Still the grandest injustice was the boring love interest! The actor himself is so endearing in every role ever, but in this one he has no backstory and only a few corny lines.

Things I did appreciate: Each supporting character and the very simple scene with her father.

So I am not upset about it, but will never watch it again. If you regretted watching this movie go and watch Along Came Polly or Raising Helen; that'll raise your spirits.
