A fun time!

I'll make this brief since i'ts 3:14am and i'm a bit tired. But I just finished watching Night Feeders and wanted to post about it. I wasn't sure what to expect. The case cover looks really cool, but i've been fooled by those shenanagins before. For example, any Lions Gate straight to DVD title.

I was rootin for the big guy throughout the entire movie. He's a great character actor. I wouldn't be suprised to see him in other things to come. The acting overall was decent. Better than what I expect to see on a low budget movie.

Another thing that stands out, but only because it's a low budget movie, its the sound quality. You wouldn't beleive how many times I rent a low budget horror movie and the sound is sooo horrible, I have to crank my speakers all the way up and sit right next to the tv. This isn't the case with Night Feeders. And I commend the crew for that. I was surprised at the video quality also. The movie overall was a enjoyable.

I'd give it a 7/10. If my girlfriend is able to sit through the entire movie late at night and not whine or fall asleep, i'd say they are doing something right.

I expect to see this movie on the SciFi channel in the future. It would fit in perfectly, but be one of the better movies on there. One thing I wish the DVD had was special features. I love watching the "behind the scenes" featurettes and stuff like that. I'm sure the crew had a blast.

Oh and the very end scene is classic =)

so much for making it brief..lol

We submitted a blooper reel and a running commentary to the distributer on the initial release. I'm not sure why they decided not to use it. Anything would be better than nothing at all.
