I bought this movie on amazon and got a perfectly legitimate case, I watched it. enjoyed it. but then I wanted to know what other people think about it I got on wikipedia, and read that there was two alternate endings. in my dvd there wasn't any alternate ending. tried to look out on amazon but I couldn't find any "alternate endings included" version.
any idea? i'm desperate...

The only one that stands out is the "lifesaver" ending: Bob daydreamed the whole thing (including his own suicide), then sees Venessa walk by, whereupon we see that he keeps a detailed log of every single encounter he has with her, no matter how trivial. The implication is that she's the only thing keeping him from going postal.
Can't remember the others, they were minor variations on the actual ending as I recall.
still can't get my hand over it. dammit indy movies..

Aside from the ending I earlier described, I just remembered another. It's essentially the final ending you saw, except that Coleman shoots Bob at the end from Bob's old cubicle
I'm going to try to watch it on amazon rental, just to see if the alternate endings are there.

The best answer I can give is that the Netflix version, the only one I've ever seen, did have the alternate endings. So they must be available on an earlier edition.
