Is that really sexuall harassment???

If you're caught peaking down a woman's blouse....not gawking....taking a quick peak (1 second max) (like the scene in the beginning at the elevator) I got to tell you, if that's considered sexual harassment, then women shouldn't be allowed to dress like that.

Paula was basically the office b****. She would dress provocatively, but complained when anyone looked.

reply

No, I don't think what he did would be considered sexual harassment. Although if Paula complained and made a big deal out of which was essentially nothing, she could of got him fired.

reply

Actually, if she bitched enough he would get fired, but eventually she would too. Sexual Harassment is a two way street, if its not a legitimate claim.

Soon after he was fired they would have found a way to fire her too. I have seen before.

the acting and writing was so bad and over the top i honestly thought she was flirting with him and joking, as it progressed i realized that the movie is just that bad.

I am kind of with you on that but as a woman and the need to feel that I should dress the way I feel, I disagree at the same time. It is difficult to argue about how a woman dresses and whether or not it is SH if a guy looked down her blouse. Personally a woman should have the right on how she dresses but attention is something she isn't going to be able to get rid of. She can however avoid getting raped or harrased by making her signs show that 'Hey, you can look but don't touch', does this make senses to you cause it doesn't to me.

She was pissed because he was a nobody getting a look at the goodies. But then when he becomes the big hero, she still bangs him even after he puked all over her, and said she wouldn't tell anyone about his little crank.

If he had just passed her in the hall or asked if she's OK, that'd be one thing, but as soon as he saw down her blouse the simply froze and stared. Peeking is one thing, but staring is creepy.

Will probably be upgraded to rape in a few years

^ This.

It's an exaggeration of the truth.
Women generally give the impression they don't want to be viewed as a sexobject, yet on the other hand they dress sexy to get attention from men.
If a woman freaked out like that because I happened to "glance" at her cleavage, I'd tell her to wear a raincoat. :p
