my take on nietzsche

Well first of all I have to say I enjoyed and was even inspired by the movie. AS for Armand Assante, he wasent bad at all. I do remember Robert C. Solomon in one of his lectures about Nietzsche saying that:

1. He would not always give his own lectures on account of his health.

2. Was pathetic in his relationships with women. (Dont remember the exact phrase)
Like yes proposing in the first weeks or so.

Any ways my favorite part of the movie is when he is giving Josef Breuer his "idea" Or as Solomon would say psychological hypothesis on eternal recurrence/return. Man is something that must be overcome!

Arnie Sucksdorf's "Scurrilous Sonata" the theme of this film -- that's the record you should make known.

Nothing is more beautiful than nothing.
