The DVDs behind Tommy in last night's episode? I couldn't make them out clearly, but I saw what was unmistakeably Series 1&2 of I'm Alan Partridge on the shelf. Anyone else notice this?

Another "Did Anyone Notice" bit is in the end credits it said very briefly "Gay Mancunian Heroin Addict" and had Steve Coogan (I think) credited underneath it, probably on the 3rd/4th page of credits if anyone recorded it. That was from the episode on yesterday (10th July).

im pretty sure gay mancunian heroin addict is based on ryan jarmi of the leeds band, the cribs.he was on the never mind the buzzcocks ricky out kaiser chiefs presented and his mannerisms and speech are identical.cribs r good .
