What's the theme choon? (NOT the Focus song)

I'm speaking of the Jethro Tull-ish song with flute that's always played in the opening bit where you see Tommy's yellow Mustang driving down the road.

The theme music was also used by the 1970's popular science programme "Dont Ask Me", which gave us Magnus Pyke, Miriam Stoppard, David Bellamy, Rob Buckman and gave Austen Mitchell national TV exposure before becoming the MP for Grimsby in 1977.
