Saxondale is Coogan's greatest role
and frankly it isn't close. This is what Coogan needs to play more of - extremely smart, a bit obnoxious, but ultimately good as heart. Too bad this only went for two series.
shareAbsolutely. Coogan is perfect in this, he just completely inhabits the role. I love Alan Partridge, but Tommy is just a note rounded, subtle and warm performance.
