I always thought that Myra Hindley looked like....

In the infamous October 1965 mug shot, she looked like Dusty Springfield crossed with Theda Bara.

Towards the end of her life, after all those years in prison when her hair returned to its natural colour, I think she started to take on an uncanny resemblance to Stephen Fry.
