It says t.v by the name on the imdb page, so i'd assume it is a t.v series, i'm actually impressed Sean Bean and Joe Carnahan are doing it, Sean Bean's an awesome actor, and Joe Carnahan is an amzing director.

Faceless is a TV pilot in consideration for series pickup by FOX for the 2006-2007 season. I do hope it gets picked up; I would love to see Sean Bean in a TV show; he is a great actor.

I'm also a big fan of Sean Bean, and it looks like "Sharpe's Challenge" will have many episodes as well (TV mini-series). I'm just curious if he'll be cast in "National Treasure 2" (pre-production), as it appears under Nicolas Cage?...and "Clarissa" as it appears under his bio at movies.yahoo.com? Have seen the preview for "Silent Hill", and it looks really scary!

Sharpe's Challenge isn't an ongoing series, it's being shown over 2 nights here in the UK so presumably it'll be around the same length as the others in the Sharpe series, which are around 1 3/4 hours each as far as I can remember.
Fingers crossed for a longer stint in Faceless! It's good to see Sean back in the leading role, he doesn't get it often enough but he's always superb as the lead. That man is very much underrated.

I want to see Sharpe's Challenge soo badly, but I live in the US and I don't know if they will show it on BBC America (probably not). What really maks me mad is that the second night that they are showing it (April 24) is my B-Day -_-
Silent hill looks real good too. The video games rocked.

Sean Bean is my fav. actor so i hope it is a serie so that we can se him on the tv with many episodes. =)

Sean is my fave. actor as well and I really hope that it is a series. *has fingers crossed*
And your right k-gilchrist Sean is very underrated.

You'll be glad to hear that they are going to be showing it on bbc america, I remember reading that the bbc had picked up on it a while ago because the others in the Sharpe series were shown in the US and went down well. I don't have a clue when you can expect to see it though, probably not on the same days as over here because it's not shown on bbc here so they'll all be on their own schedules presumably. Keep your eyes peeled though.

ps. I'm off to see The Dark. Lovely.

I understand that it will be on bbc=america in the fall with them showing the first 14 and following up with Sharpe's Challenge. The DVD is being released in the UK on May 1. If you have an all-region DVD player you won't have to wait. My copy has been ordered. (Amazon.co.uk)
