I'm surprised Hollywood took a dig at homosexuals like that... usually they're pandering to them.
You must have been out of town for the last 50 years. Gays & Lesbians have been punished and treated badly in tv shows & movies for decades. Most movies years ago the homosexual person would either kill themselves or go crazy. No one ever supported them. They were also the murderer in plenty of films simply because they were Gay. There's even a book and a documentary of the same name telling about their treatment in Hollywood films called "The Celluloid Closet".

It's kind of hard to know what is serious and what is utter, entirely stupid b.s. when other people with similar names post such stupid topics. Heck, that person admitted they were trolling - I've seen posts from that "other poster" where he tells another person who admitted to being a "troll" that they'll never be as good a troll as shaun3701-1....
shareIt wasn't really a dig at gays, though. At least, not a serious one. You can joke about homosexuality without it being a symptom of bigotry. It's usually a question of tone. Gay people usually know when they're being ridiculed and/or discriminated against--besides, it often turns out that a large part of the comedy involving homosexuality is written by gay writers.
