Another British Show?!

Is this the same show, but dubbed by American actors?

WHY????

reply

um no. they are interviews made into claymation.
its too natural in tone to be dubbed

Maybe dubbed was not the correct word. I was wondering if they used the British visual, with US interviews. I understand the UK concept was to interview people and then take the best bits and animate them after. I thought maybe they used the British animation, re-interviewed Americans, and matched them up.

hmm
that would seem tedious. i get using familiar animals and interviews. but not the exact same footage, and then trying to match the lips to it.
unless it was computerized

No, they didn't. It's all new.

That wouldn't really work out very well. Over the course of three shows, most characters have shown at least one clip that made it very obvious why they picked the animal they used for that voice, and since the interviews are candid rather than scripted, it'd be less trouble to just claymate some new footage to go with them.
