Song list

Why doesn't IMDB provide an area for the sound track information? Seems just about every other aspect of a film is covered even down to foley artists. Why not an area dedicated to the songlist and information on the score?

By the way, I read in another post that the original song list consisted of better known artists and titles. That said I'm more than glad the Allam Moyle and crew chose the songs they did. Excellent selection of tunes and artists.

I hope there are plans to release a companion sound-track album.

At least I was able to find "Stoned" on Youtube. It's titled "Weirdsville Sizzler Stoned" and features clips from the movie. Fortunately, the entire song is there and the sound quality is decent.

I tried adding some of the songs to the sound track list. Added one that's already there and ran out of time before adding another. Since the movie is a new release the only way I get get all the songs listed is to rent it again on Pay per view, pause at the closing credits, and write down all those tunes listed. At ten bucks (the most expensive movie in the list offered) it might be a while before I rent it again...though I'm tempted.

That's the track listing for the soundtrack album, which is missing a few tracks. The songs left off of the soundtrack are:

"Druganaut" by Black Mountain
"Swagger" by Calla
"Anything" by Kinnie Starr
"Steal This Sound" by The Constantines
"Into Ashes White" by Raising the Fawn
"I'm On Board" by The Ride Theory
"Nobody Calls Unless They Want Something" by Shout Out Out Out Out
"Cool Breeze" by Canary Mine
"Warm Sun Fingers" by Perfume Tree

Additionally, I'm not certain what to make of "5th Night's Hallucination." On the album it's credited to theCreep, on imdb theCreep has the alias Elephant Rage -- but in the film's credits, the song is credited as being written and performed by Wes Bentley, who played Royce in the movie.

Speaking of "5th Night's Hallucination", IMDb now has it listed as written by Wes Bentley and performed by theCreep aka Elephant Rage...when that can't possibly be correct. Even from the preview clip on Amazon, the vocals are obviously performed by Wes Bentley as stated in the movie credits. TheCreep could have written it, but theCreep (if it's a different person) didn't perform it.

I get the feeling all three are the same person, the movie credits are correct on all counts (since is looked like it was entirely Bentley's work, written, performed, produced, and provided by him for use in the film), and for whatever reason, he chose to use a pseudonym when the soundtrack was published.

I'm not sure how to correct it though. It's wrong to say theCreep had nothing to do with it because of the soundtrack, but it's wrong to say theCreep performed it when anyone who hears it and has any familiarity with Bentley's voice will know he performed it.
