'Big Lebowski' meets 'Lock, Stock'?

Is it just me or is this film somewhat a mixture of "The Big Lebowski" (weird stuff happening to stoners) and "Lock, Stock & Two Smoking Barrels" (wannaba gansters pissing off everyone)?!?
