Meaning.....

The ultimate meaning of this film is that from the ashes you must rise or You have to start; even if that start is not going to be so great but you have to start if you are going to move on and succeed. Which is what happened. They persevered and got through some tuff seasons and now they are a great team again. But you have to START somewhere. Thus I think it was worth making and a good film cause it got that across. I always tell my kids, "Once begun is twice done." when they think a task is too great. Anyone agree or disagree??

I agree with your assessment on the meaning of this film.

I can't believe some of the moronic posts on this board put up by what I can only surmise are juveniles who have not yet lived through any tragedy in life and have no idea what it takes to persevere.

I liked the movie.... I thought it did a good job of telling the story.

Yea I agree. After I was involved in a severe car crash which totaled my vehicle, I knew that the only way to overcome that was to start driving again as soon as possible. I made little trips at first to build my confidence back up and then was able to make longer trips. It was one one of the hardest things i have ever had to do though, but it was worth it.
