Anybody knows why Anita Briem was replaced by Annabelle Wallis as Jane Seymour? I read an opinion about that in another post commenting it was a brillant change and suggesting that the character gained force, but just want to know if that was the reason of the director's or a personal decision of the actress.

Both actresses were great in my opinion, I preferred the first one though. I thought she was softer and where as Annabelle while still soft was definitely more assertive and upfront. Anyways the way Henry is played I think Anita's portrayal would of been more consistent with what Henry would have fell in love with.
