shareAgree, it bored me too, even when I myself was bored enough to be bored by a film this boring. I went FF on it after about 5 minutes to see what 'special' things would happen, then skipped back here and there and it looked like a bad John Hughes Hal Hartley Mike Judge rip-off that failed to become special or interesting.
Couldn't relate to the people in it. They're all filthy rich. Who cares about seeing two guys skydiving?
Making a documentary with the exact same theme would have resulted in a better movie.

I disagree. I thought the movie was very interesting but that's just my opinion.
shareI just watched this movie last night, and I got to say, I don't understand why it was in the blockbuster festival favorites, I was horribly disapointed and bored. Napoleon Dynamite had the same tone as this movie, but at least it had a good script and characters who weren't so dull.
Anyway, movie sucked, don't see it, waste of time/money/brain power.

Napolean Dynamite is possibly the most overrated movie in the last 10 years. The only funny part was when that guy killed the cow in front of those kids on the school bus.
I didn't find any of it funny or realistic. Things to Do had people that were put in real situations. We all question our life path at one point in our lives but I don't know anyone who trys to travel through time to play football

i found this movie to be a more realistic version of napolean dynamite. it was similar but much much more real, and the characters werent way to over acted like in ND
