Why does the trailer to this movie look like they try to make this a?

comedic looking movie? Is the actual movie like this? Thats disgusting, this *beep* really happened and this movie looks comedic by the trailer. Thats *beep* disturbing, excuse my language. Some guy *beep* got killed because some dumb bitch hit him with a car and left him to die in the window of her car, and this movie thinks thats funny?

comedic, when it shouldn't... Theres alot of bad acting in this movie, I mean this is some piss poor acting... The best actor in this movie by far is Stephen Rea, and some black homeless bum aswell... Acting is really piss poor... Unbelievable

These morons who made this movie unintentionally made this a comedy because they have no clue how to construct a script, and terrible acting by all parties involved sent this over the abyss.

There is a rather lengthy section of the movie about 2/3 in that gets played as a dark comedy. It's very wrong-headed and pretty much destroys the movie.
