i thought rashid was about to change his mind and just shoot

remember the plan was to smother thomas with the cushion, but then rashid looked like he was getting nervous about going near the body (just as thomas was slyly getting ready for the pen attack). we see rashid pull out the gun all of a sudden like,

"f*uck smothering, i'm just gonna pop him"

what if rashid would have just shot him in the head right after the cut of the pen without ever knowing thomas was planning to stab, like sorry thomas your plan never worked ahhahaha!!! that would have been some hysterical tarantino type s*hit!
