Why is this movie labeled 'Comedy'?

I look at the description to this film and it was labeled as "Comedy, suspense" which I didn't really see it fit either one of these. Suspenseful, maybe but comedy? The only reason I could think of is just how freaking bizarre the whole thing is that you can't help but laugh at how ridculous it all was. The guy beeping the horn to get somebody, anybody to hear him and then the girl tells him to stop, he doesn't then bashes his head in with a plank of wood? LOL, WTF?
