Good up to a point (Spoiler)

I thought this was a good drama up to the point when Brandi called on the BF and he was cheating on her. He turned into a comic character from that point and the interaction between them and her friend when she turned up was almost farce.

It's a pity because I enjoyed it up that point in the film.

That's true, he did become comedic from there on..... Can't say it helped the film

Do guys like "the thing"?
They like it better than no thing.

I thought the first half of the film was fantastic and although I enjoyed the rest it would have been a whole lot more powerful had it not descended into comedy horror territory.
