Gene Dekker(Danny Dyer)'s character; WTF?

I just watched this movie last night and I was preety baked so correct me if im wrong here but Danny Dyers character had no place in this film.

From what I can gather he wakes up from a dream were he gets beaten to death by some chavs for telling them to *beep* off(and they dont even rape his girlfriend) and when he wakes up he is in his car again and gets spooked by acouple guys in a impreza which leads him to run a red light and get into an altercation. This ultimately leadds him to join Sean Bean's terrorist cell and murder a bunch of people.

After he joins Sean Bean he decided that having a serious relationship and being part of Sean Beans terrorist unit is too much in his stressful busy life so he decides to join up with the outlaws.

The terrorist group "the outlaws" dubbed as a very dangerous gang after the murdering of two people and the failure of one, is essentially the grouping of five wastemen, who spend more time speaking dramatically using epic idiolect than actually working out to learn "how to fight back", at this point, i would like you to notice that the first scene cuts out and we see them in a pub environment, and at the second chance for us to see thier training, sean bean appropriately dismisses the training and they then look around at each other emotionally and say epic lines about how the law has failed them.

Sean bean appropriatley dismisses them, in order to make the film seem less budget, which is shown by the odd camera work.

The final of Danny Dyers transformation is the most bullsh*t because this is where Dekker has evolved from a whimp into I dont know what. From my recollection, after Sean Beans little pep talk in the woods (where the police just manage to stand around and I dont know what) the 3 remaining Outlaws stage their final assault on the police. This is were the new and improved Danny Dyer makes his apperance by faking to get shot while his 2 comerades are shot down by police. Then the new Danny Dyer goes back to the city where he kills the man who set him up.

Can someone please explain to me, why the *beep* was this movie even created?
