Any chav-free towns in the UK ?
The disgusting chavs that Sean Bean`s character confronts ... I wonder if there is any place in the UK that is chav-free yet? Maybe the Orkney Islands or some 500 souls-village in Wales?

No chance mate, thats what happens when you stick scum into high rise council flats/estates, they drink, take drugs and breed like *beep* rabbits then they bring up little thugs these people are parasites and a complete and utter waste of natural resources/oxygen. Generations of then dont work (unless you consider drug dealing a form of employment) the state funds their lifestyle through the idiot taxpayer.
parts of Britain are no longer a place for civilised people, mass scale uncontrolled immigration has not helped either, its a crying shame what has happened to Britain. London is a classic example of colonization as such it is now the crime capital of europe, walk down the street you will struggle to see a British face anywhere.
Chavs and thugs are in most places some are a lot worse than others, the government encourages them by pandering to them and not punishing the ones they decide to prosecute properly, most medium to low security prisons here are better equipped than most peoples homes and as one guy i know who has been to one described it 'Butlins' (Butlins here is a holiday resort).
Britain used to have a police force and prison system that was genuinely feared and respected not anymore

Your right McDonalds up where i stay is a total chav haunt as well, i feel really sorry for the poor *beep* who work there as well, they are working hard earning minimum wage and are exposed to those type of cretins on a daily basis.
As for the police they are a useless bunch of uniformed social workers, they look like extras out of f--king robocop with their fancy 'high tech' attire, they need to bring back tha bobby on the beat with the high hat blue trousers blue jumper and truncheon who clips louts around the ear if they spit in the street. Nowadays if a pig done that he would be hauled up in front of a court suspected of paedophilia and being sued for excessive use of force, all while the little feral brats mother stands in the court shouting 'hes a little angel' away and f--k!

What's a chav exactly? Criminals living in estates? If it's that then we have the same godddamn problem in France. We call them "racailles" and estates are called "cités" but reading you guys really makes me thinks it's the same exact problem.
shareAs long as we have a society and government that thinks it is acceptable to do the following we will have chavs:
1. Pay for unemployed people to have as many children as they want.
2. Import cheap foreign labour when a million Britons are out of work.
3. Not ask people to earn their benefits via community service.
4. Expect the Government and school teachers to raise our children.
5. Allow people who have never worked or served their country to run for office and vote.
The problem is now ingrained in our culture so would require extreme measures to fix including the following:
1. Cap child support and free schooling until 18 at two children per mother, starting after a two year 'notice period'. Existing arrangements can be maintained of course. Children a privilege not a right.
2. A ban on low skilled workers being allowed to enter the UK. Only people with professional qualifications or high quality vocational qualifications would be allowed to apply. Tied to this we should introduce quotas to ensure locals have the opportunity to work.
3. Prison sentences for employers who hire illegals or cheap foreign labour, as well as public shaming.
4. Parents have to be involved with their children's education or face having to pay towards it.
5. No voting rights for long term unemployed unless on sick benefits. No voting rights for prisoners of any kind in jail. A life ban on voting for career criminals.
6. Death penalty option for child molesters, first degree murderers and traitors against the nation and state if reasonable doubt can be established.
7. In order to vote or run for office people have to do a three year stint in the armed forces, police, ambulance service, fire service or coast guard at minimum wage (or higher if they can earn promotion) or if disabled or mentally handicapped then suitable charity work if appropriate. Rights of free speech and peacefully assembly remain in force and are enshrined in a constitution...given lots of people don't vote anyway this will make little difference but will clean up the current political class.
The root problem is our culture. Introduce the steps above and in a generation the culture will change and the country will be a lot better than it is now, with lower crime, a better sense of civic responsibility and a lot less chavs.
