This movie isn't horror!

I think they are being too liberal with their listing of genres!

It's mystery, suspense, maybe even drama but not horror. How do we fix this?

I agree. I saw this billed as a Japanese horror and decided to watch it. I loved the film, but yes, it's not a horror (like Ju-On, Ring, etc.)

How do we fix this? I'm not sure. Fight Club was listed as a comedy in my video store, I don't really agree with that either. But hey, who cares? Let the idiots label these films the way they want, it won't stop me from enjoying them.

Of course it's still an enjoyable movie.

If just surprised IMBD has it wrong but it was fixed.

i think anything that has a monster or supernatural entity that's supposed to be scary in it is classified as horror whether or not it's scary. some zombie movies aren't scary but they're classed as horrors... like fido. so the shinigami...

Who classed Fido as a horror?

Movies like Hellboy and Ghostbusters have monster but they are not suppose to scare the crowd actually quite opposite.

IMDB fixed the problem. So, if it's IMDB that classified Fido as a horror we just have to explain the case.

Actually it can be argued that Ghostbusters is supposed to be scary in some parts. Who wasn't scared as a kid of Sigourney's armchair being dragged into the kitchen!..
