So I have this disease, like really bad, and I have to say even though this movie is exceptionally sad it was great to see the disease getting some exposure.

I'm sorry to hear that. I'm a nurse and I was wondering what procedure has done and what are your current medications. I got to ask you if it's not very offensive or anything but did the doctors had some talks about your life span?
I know Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy is a very serious cardiac problem and the patient usually lives a short life span with/without medical assistance.

It's okay. I died when i was 15, just dropped dead, we didnt know I had it until then... But they resuscitated me and I woke up in the hospital. They put a pacemaker/defibrillator in me and put me on a beta blocker and an antiarrhythmic agent. I am okay now, but it just kinda sucks not being able to do a lot of the stuff I used to be able to do, plus living with the uncertainty of tomorrow.
