What is the name of the Black property manager who turned down Leguizamo for an apartment, claiming that the reason he was denied was because he couldn't provide "guranteed" proof of his source of employment/income?

Her real name is Adriane Lenox - her character's name is Carita.

What I wouldn't do to Orlando Bloom.

This movie was excellent! And the property manager really did try to hold that apartment for him....she was much nicer than some apartment managers in NYC.
