This Movie is Disappointing

We were enticed into watching this by the reviews found on ImDB, and the very enthusiastic reviews on the back of the box. With all respect to the cast and crew who worked hard on this, it just isn't good. The hokey production values only bring down the terrible writing, and while I appreciate the lack of adult language and other adult content, that is the only thing to recommend it. As the mother of an 8-year-old, I have seen my fair share of kids' movies. This one goes close to the top of my "Do Not Watch" list, I'm sorry to say.

Don't you realize every single glowing review of this film on IMDB is by a publicist? Four of the reviews use same exact diction, even to exclamation point in the subject title. the rest are all very similar and probably done by another publicist on the team. Look at the review and comment history of the reviewers, always this is their only review or they only review films from this studio and all glowingly . hmmm
The film is HORRIBLE. People, including kids should be paid to watch it not visa versa.

NEVER use reviews on IMDB to judge - especially direct to DVD dumps like this. They are easily shilled.
