Okay did the ghost push her out of the window or did she jump?I mean from what he said it seemed like he set them all up so they could get tortured, because he felt he should not have been the only one to die horribly.

she jumped herself because the Ta will remain with her for the rest of her life even if he is a ghost. As the master said "This thing stays with you". So it pretty much backfired on Kim.
