Just saw this on TV

I taped it earlier today on Bravo, I believe. And the first sketch was Waynes World, the one where they give the top ten for Bill Clinton.
And when they got to 9 something was edited out. It skipped to 10 "Live from New York..."
Anyone know what they said, or why it was cut?
