Woman interrupting Martin's interview

At one point during an interview with Martin Gore (when all 4 members are interviewed seperately and Dave has long hair) a woman busts into the room and says, "Time is money" Martin looks very uncomfortable, and shoo's the woman out the door, saying, "Just go."

Does anyone know what was going on there?
