dvd question...chapter 1 called intro/phones

I can't figure out why the word "phones" is listed in the title of chapter 1. I know the intro is the whole funeral part. But what is the "phones" referring to? I watched chapter 1 over & over to find this. No one says "phones" and there are no phones shown. Doesn't make any sense. Any ideas?
