Like, what rating would you give this; PG, PG-13, R....stuff like that. & could you give me the reason why?

thers not much sex and voilance if thats what you asked ... still its ways to complex for someone like me to understand it.

so the mpaa would give it an pg-13 i guess

Yeah A PG 13 is about right. Some small scene where a guy has a gun but its not too violent. And a girl has her hand down her pants at one point but you don't actually see anythin.
