Anyone know what real-life drug this resembles? The guy said he felt accelerated but everything seemed slowed down and he seemed to be in much pain and confusion (sad sight)...

Eh. Not speed. Speeds makes you quick in many aspects in tell you begin to come off of it. Sounds more like salvidivanormia or some good opium.

Salvia and opium do not make the world seem to slow down because you're moving too fast.

Speed however, does.

Speed doesn't make anything seem slow, it just gives you a rush.
