this and others are on bbc4 (at about 11.30pm) each night this week

I watched this on BBC 4 the other night and I have a question which I know will sound sad and pedantic, but, wtf happened at the end? He's sitting on the bench at the train station, his pencil breaks as he starts to write, he then looks up and......???!!!!

i think he can still "see" what he saw. i cant remember now as it was a couple of weeks ago.

that'll teach me to start a thread and then ignore it

he breaks the pencil as he hears a noise in the near distance, and we're left to wonder if the ghosts will catch him and have their revenge yet....
