Title?

It's been bothering me since I heard of it. What is the title refering to? I think it's a Bible verse, but for the life of me I can't remember which one.

Well I haven't seen the movie yet (gotta tape it this Thursday!) but I just finished the book (which was very good and made me cry!).

The song is "I have decided to follow Jesus".
I have decided to follow Jesus;
I have decided to follow Jesus;
I have decided to follow Jesus;
No turning back, no turning back.
Though I may wonder, I still will follow;
Though I may wonder, I still will follow;
Though I may wonder, I still will follow;
No turning back, no turning back.
The world behind me, the cross before me;
The world behind me, the cross before me;
The world behind me, the cross before me; No turning back, no turning back.
Though none go with me, still I will follow;
Though none go with me, still I will follow;
Though none go with me, still I will follow;
No turning back, no turning back.
Will you decide now to follow Jesus?
Will you decide now to follow Jesus?
Will you decide now to follow Jesus;
No turning back, no turning back.

Thank you! I wondered.

It is refering to the Bible verse as "ctina3031" said, in the movie i think they are also trying to say "though none go with me" he is going to fight which goes along with the Bible verse. That's how i seemed to take it from the movie.

It also is the words written in the Bible Ben gives to Elizabeth at the train station before leaving.
