Cheryl Ladd needed a better makeup artist


I wonder why she was made up to look like she was afflicted with rosacea? Maybe just another one of her character's life tragedies, although that was never addressed as a plot line. The actress who played her in the 1950s was very attractive and I don't think she would have aged into that unattractive elderly woman, even with all those tragedies. And that hair of hers made me cringe!

Also I thought they should have cast a different actor to play her husband Will in later years. The actor they used sounded and looked too Italian to play the part of Will Bishop! Yikes.

it was horrible ! the wig was unbelievable. movie was excellent. too bad the older Elizabeth looked so fake. and why did the young Elizabeth's blonde hair turn so dark as she got 20 years older?
