Rating?

This wasn't a theatrical release and not rated by the MPAA.

Personally, and compared to how MPAA rates things now, I would give this a G rating. There are some life issues to deal with, but nothing that doesn't fit into a G rated movie, at least compared to what passes for PG.

Really, if things were rated the way they should be, this should be a PG movie, as younger children would need guidance through the tougher life issues faced (mainly, death), but mostly because things are somewhat vague and there is much assumption that the audience would know what is going on in many scenes or from context, which younger kids would miss or just not get.
