Great dramatic premise - kinda wasted on a Jason Statham film

If this film was directed with a little more soul and they went more in depth into the psychology of adopting your killers persona and featured fewer unnecessary characters and made the dramatic twist actually dramatic (as opposed to a last minute big twist conversation between a guy who can barely recite English dialogue and Jet Li) it could've been the most amazing martial arts film in decades.
