I don't buy it


The movie didn't portray the character, Tom Lone, as the kind of person who would just change identities like that and become Rogue. From the two partners it would seem like Jason Statham would have been the one. He knew of and also believed Rogue was real. After the death of his family he decides in a couple of hours to do this. It doesn't really make sense. I wished they would have shown that Lone was obsessed with taking down the Yakuza boss or that he came up with an idea of infiltrating them.

The world is quiet here.

I think a lot changes when your family is slaughtered in front of your eyes. Also, he wasn't thinking clearly, a few minutes ago he almost died from asphyxiation, so his decision to blow out Rogue's teeth and fix the scene was partly irrational and in the heat of the moment.

If Ari Gold saw Chappie he would say:
